Scrapbooking is one of those pastimes that has taken off and now it seems every second person is a scrapbooker, collecting interesting papers and embellishments to help record their family history, their child’s life, wedding, family holidays and more.
I suppose it’s only logical that it should now go a step further and, like just about everything else out there, go digital.
Mixed media artist and digital scrapbooker Vinnie Pearce has put together this book that will teach you everything you ever wanted to know (and probably quite a few things you didn’t realise you needed to know) about the art of digital scrapbooking.
The beauty of the digital version of this hobby is that instead of cutting and pasting pictures into an album, you use digital images to make the mementoes on your computer screen. From there, they can be printed on to paper, fabric or ceramics and used multiple times.
This book has some fantastic design ideas and is sure to inspire.
